A secluded sanctuary defined by monolithic forms and panoramic horizons. The suite features a custom-integrated Queen-sized bed set against a monolithic headboard, which doubles as the partition for an open-plan rainfall shower. Floor-to-ceiling glass erases the boundary between the earth-toned interior and the Aegean Sea, offering an uninterrupted connection to the sea.

Set on the lower ground floor a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom perfectly suited for teenagers, guests, or on-site staff. A large glass aperture leads to a sun-draped sunken garden courtyard, offering a sheltered pocket of calm.

The interiors are an extension of the island’s topography resulting in a sanctuary that feels carved from the island itself. Living spaces are defined by earth-hued finishes and integrated micro-mosaic elements.

Wide apertures serve as architectural frames, capturing the Aegean horizon and the shifting shadows of the courtyards alike.

An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area extends outward into the lounge areas framed by two distinct exposures: the expansive Aegean horizon to the front and sheltered architectural courtyards to the rear.

The kitchen is the home’s functional pivot, serving both an indoor dining area and an expansive garden courtyard. A standout feature is the continuous, built-in monolithic counter that pierces the glass line - functioning as a breakfast bar inside and a cocktail station outside. A retractable window allows this entire section to vanish, merging the kitchen directly with the pool terrace. This layout ensures the social heart of the house remains constantly connected to the horizon, whether you are preparing a meal or hosting by the water.
