Lia Beach
The house sits in privileged proximity to Serifos’s most revered and untouched shores. A short, scenic walk leads you to Lia, offering a more secluded and quiet experience. It is a preferred spot for those seeking total isolation and a "back-to-nature" feeling.The beach is characterized by large pebbles and coarse sand, framed by dramatic, rugged cliffs that provide a sense of enclosure and protection. The rocky edges of the cove and the clarity of the water make it an exceptional spot for snorkeling, with underwater rock formations that mirror the island's "Martian" topography.
Private Cove
Between these two landmarks lies a private cove, offering our guests a rare, personal connection to the sea, accessible only to a handful of nearby residents, its turquoise waters and dramatic underwater rock formations create a a unique snorkeling experience.
Agios Sostis Beach
Nearby you will find Agios Sostis, arguably the most famous and photographed beach on the island, known for its unique geography and tranquil spirit. The beach is actually a narrow strip of sand (a tombolo) that connects the main island to a small, rocky peninsula. This creates two distinct swimming areas on either side. It takes its name from the picturesque, blue-domed chapel of Saint Sostis that sits perched on the rocks overlooking the sea. The water is crystal clear and transitions from turquoise to deep cobalt. The beach is unorganized (no sunbeds or umbrellas), preserving a raw, authentic atmosphere.

Beyond the nearby shores, Serifos offers a diverse collection of beaches, each with its own character — from quiet coves to wide, sunlit bays. Most are easily accessible by car, allowing guests to explore the island’s coastline at their own pace.
